With the multitude of contractors in Southern California, it can be difficult to know which one is right for your backyard renovation project. Finding a contractor that you can trust to fulfill your needs is important, and with our extensive experience and track-record of exceeding client expectations, we’re confident our team fits the bill.
While there are many aspects of our process that contribute to our high level of client satisfaction, there are four key ways that L.A. Decks differs from other backyard contractors in the area.
Unlike some other local companies who rent a license for subbed-out labor, we have held our General Building Contractor License since 1995. L.A. Decks Owner Victor’s name appears on the license, and he is involved in every aspect of the project.
2. Added Protection
Protecting our clients is important to us, and it is for that reason we have bonding and liability insurance up to $2 million. In addition to protection for client projects, we also provide every member of our team with full workers’ compensation. This serves to protect our clients’ interests just as much as our employees. Unfortunately, many local contractors sub-out labor and thus do not offer workers’ compensation. As a result, laborers who fall victim to an injury may attempt to sue the client for retribution. With L.A. Decks, this is never a possibility.
3. Excellent reviews
As they say, the proof is in the pudding — or in our case, in the beautiful decks and backyard projects. The 5-star reviews our team has racked up online are nearly in the triple digits. In addition to sharing kind words on the web, our clients are also happy to refer us to family and friends. However, you don’t have to take their word for it, and you certainly don’t have to take ours. You can visit our gallery page to view our work for yourself.
4. One-Stop Shop
It is not uncommon for contractors in Southern California to sub-out everything from labor to inspections. In fact, it is the standard. At L.A. Decks, everything from A to Z is completed in-house by our expert team. An in-house team translates to a higher quality of work and a greater level of service. If you have questions or concerns, you communicate directly with the team who completed the project.
