This stunning 1,500-square-foot renovation project in the Pacific Palisades features a deck, pergola, and outdoor shower. Situated on a hillside, this property presented a unique challenge for our team. However, our extensive experience allowed us to navigate the terrain with ease, ensuring that the deck blended seamlessly with the natural landscape.
Our design demonstrates our expertise in adapting to different terrains, using only the highest quality ipe wood. Ipe wood is known for its durability, longevity, and resistance to rot, termites, moisture, warping, and splinters, making it the ideal choice for this project. This was particularly important for the sun-exposed location of the Pacific Palisades, where the heat can make walking barefoot uncomfortable.
