We aim to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, weather issues, supply delays, or other unforeseen events may cause delays.

We provide a 7-year labor warranty. Meanwhile, material warranties depend on the materials you select and appear in the contract. However, we do not offer warranties on light fixtures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LA Decks is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Therefore, this limitation applies to any claims related to our services or website use.

These Terms of Service follow the laws of the State of California. Accordingly, California courts will handle any disputes.
