Protecting our clients is important to us, and it is for that reason we have bonding and liability insurance up to $2 million. In addition to protection for client projects, we also provide every member of our team with full workers’ compensation. This serves to protect our clients’ interests just as much as our employees. Unfortunately, many local contractors sub-out labor and thus do not offer workers’ compensation. As a result, laborers who fall victim to an injury may attempt to sue the client for retribution. With L.A. Decks, this is never a possibility.
